Hope, Hard Work and Love for Our Community! Supported by:
I see our City of Soledad full of hope, this hope that I have comes from you! I see myself listening to issues that affect you, your lives and that of our community. I have seen the struggels of this commmunity over the years. I too have struggled to make sure that I am providing for my family and to assist in making a difference each every day for them and I have taken on the mindfullness of also caring for Soledad! Soledad, the community I call home and love!
I ran for City Council to give opportunities and bring resources to Soledad. I am running for re-election because i know we need strong representation and because I have one last thing to accomplish and this is to bring a tech-ed center to Soledad.
I ran for council because when I moved to Soledad approximtaley 20 years ago, my son who was an infant had a fever of over 100 degrees and it was 7:30 pm and there was not a single store open to get medicine for him.
I ran for council because in my neighborhood a woman was killed because she was doing a uturn infront of her house to park; and she was hit by another vehicle at a high speed and died instantly.
I ran for council because the ball fields in Soledad were in major disrepair and was not acceptable for our children to use.
I ran for council because an issue of a fence line in my neighborhood was not inspected properly by the City of Soledad. The housing developer and the city wanted to charge the residents of that neighborhood to fix their mistake.
